After pregnancy, you are more susceptible to anemia, osteopenia, fatigue, and depression. A practical and individualized nutrition plan can help you safely balance your body while replenishing your reserves so you not only feel your best, but keep you healthy and nourished to sustain all of the challenges that come with raising a newborn.
If you're breastfeeding, what you eat directly affects the quality of your breast milk. Consuming a nutrient-dense diet will enrich your milk with the nutrients necessary to help your baby's brain and body grow and develop. Being fully nourished is an essential component of a new mother's health and milk-production.
Breastfeeding is miraculous. It adapts to meet your baby’s unique needs, supports immune health, and strengthens your bond through the release of oxytocin. But it can also be challenging. From latch issues to supply concerns, having expert support from the start can make all the difference. Whether you’re preparing prenatally or already navigating postpartum, this package is designed to help you feel confident, calm, and cared for with support for both your body and your baby.
This package includes one session before birth to help you prepare for the early postpartum days, and two sessions after baby arrives to support you as you settle in. This rhythm offers a strong foundation for a nourished and confident start.
Ideally, clients begin with a monthly prenatal session package to lay the foundation for postpartum wellness. These prenatal visits help us establish your current health status, understand your unique needs, and prepare your body for birth and feeding. If you have not completed prenatal sessions, we will include a foundational nutrition and lifestyle overview as part of one of your postpartum visits.
What’s Included:
Session One: Immediate Support
This session is ideally scheduled before baby arrives. We focus on preparing for breastfeeding, supporting postpartum recovery, and addressing any anticipated concerns around feeding, rest, or maternal well-being. If baby has already arrived, this session will focus on immediate postpartum needs including breastfeeding initiation, healing support, and newborn care.
Session Two: Continuation of Session 1
Scheduled within the first two weeks postpartum, this session supports the early stages of feeding and recovery. We address latch and positioning, milk supply, maternal nourishment, emotional wellbeing, and baby’s feeding cues and patterns. Guidance is personalized to meet your current needs and any changes since birth.
Session Three: Ensuring Optimal Postpartum Practices
This final session takes place later in the same month and offers continued support as you and your baby settle into new rhythms. We revisit any feeding concerns, refine your nutritional plan, support energy and healing, and address any emerging needs for both you and your baby.
Each session is fully customized and may include support for baby’s digestion or sleep, your physical recovery and nourishment, and breastfeeding goals. My care approach integrates evidence-based guidance with intuitive support, honoring your experience and the sacred transition into motherhood.

You will have ongoing access to me between visits through text, email, and phone. This is high-touch, individualized care designed to hold you through all stages of postpartum and breastfeeding.
