My
PHILOSOPHY
I revere both the physical body and the feminine spirit. I see the body and mind as one, each supporting the betterment of the other.
Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, navigating postpartum, or nourishing your infant, this is the opportunity to connect with your body’s wisdom.
The journey to health and motherhood is a physical and spiritual transformation. This experience forces you to take inventory of your life.
I help women trust their unique biology, inner knowing, and feel empowered while doing so. The care you give yourself in this transition is an opportunity to break generational patterns and improve the health of your children and their children's children.
The changes that come with motherhood are deeply personal and as such, I approach our time together as an opportunity to change and expand. Through my process, I guide you through the areas in which you are needing support and create a space that helps you tune into your maternal instincts.
My goal is to show you, you. For you are the best teacher for your body.
How I Work
4–6 Week Container
My work is designed to unfold over 4 to 6 weeks, allowing time for the body to respond, recalibrate, and integrate change.
Rather than isolated sessions, I work within a supportive container that mirrors the time needed for real change.
This is a collaborative process. My thoughtful recommendations and adjustments are unique to what you need and desire.
Nourish
Your body is doing extraordinary work, and the nourishment you give your body during this period should reflect that.
I provide individualized nutrition guidance for preconception, pregnancy, and the postpartum period, grounded in whole foods and intuitive eating.
This work supports sustained energy, replenishes nutrient reserves, and honors the significant demands placed on the body during early motherhood, particularly when it is responsible for nourishing another human.
My approach is food-first, prioritizing bio-available nutrients before supplementation to build a resilient foundation for recover and vitality.
Through refined dietary adjustments, we explore underlying patterns beneath symptoms and support the body back toward balance.
Environment & Integration
Your environment quietly shapes how your body functions at a cellular level.
Beyond nutrition, we take a closer look at your daily life that may be influencing your metabolic health. This includes sleep, light exposure, movement, and stress patterns. Supporting circadian and light rhythms regulates hormones, stabilizes blood sugar, improve sleep quality, and enhances cellular repair.
This may include adjustments to morning light exposure, evening routines, and daily pacing, alongside reducing exposure to endocrine-disrupting substances. These refinements are intentional and realistic, designed to work with your unique physiology.
Even subtle environmental shifts often lead to meaningful improvements in energy, mood, and overall well-being.
Regulate
Healing happens on many levels.
We tend to overlook the importance of emotional transitions and nervous system regulation, which are deeply intertwined with physical and metabolic health.
Chronic stress, depletion, and unprocessed experiences can subtly or not so subtly interfere with hormone signaling, digestion, sleep, and the body’s ability to repair.
I offer steady guidance and incremental changes that feel sustainable and supportive of your current season.
The Intention
This work is relational, bio-individual, and responsive.
Across our weeks together, the goal is not to override your body, but to support it in remembering its own capacity for balance, adaptability, and vitality. The changes we make are designed to serve you well beyond our time together.
