Pregnancy is one of the most nutritionally demanding seasons of your life. Your body is working around the clock to grow your baby, but it can’t do it alone. The nutrients your baby needs must come from your food. If they’re missing, your body will pull from its own reserves.

While your baby gets what they need, you may be left depleted. This can lead to fatigue, mood swings, low immunity, and a harder postpartum recovery. Long term, it may contribute to hormone imbalance, blood sugar issues, and even autoimmune conditions.

  • Managing heartburn, constipation, and digestion and other pregnancy symptoms or conditions.

  • Emotional Check in

Birth Prep & Breastfeeding Foundations

  • Nutrients and herbs to prep for labor

  • Lactation education and milk supply planning

  • Overview of necessities for the first few months of baby’s life

  • Low-toxic living and holistic practices to support a smoother postpartum

  • Non-toxic postpartum and baby product suggestions

Session 2

Environmental & Hormonal Support

  • Reducing endocrine disruptors in the home

  • Sleep, blood sugar, and mood balance strategies

  • Updated supplement and lifestyle plan

  • Understanding sunlight, Vitamin D importance and metabolic health

Functional Movement & Circulation

  • Supporting circulation, mobility, and posture

  • Strategies for swelling, cramping, and pelvic shifts

  • Nervous system regulation techniques.

Postpartum Blueprint

  • Building your support circle: doula, partner, family

  • Birth-plan check-in and coordination

  • Final breastfeeding Q&A and symptom check-in.

Planning Ahead

  • Cravings, food aversions, and second trimester prep

  • Begin birth preferences and postpartum conversations

Birth Preparation (Part 1)

  • Explore birth options and interventions

  • Discuss newborn care needs and baby essentials

  • Support in clarifying roles, preferences, and goals

Recovery & Real-Life Prep

  • Postpartum rest and recovery protocols

  • Planning meals, freezer prep, and nourishment

  • What to expect and how to monitor symptoms

Concierge Support Between Sessions

You will have ongoing access to me between visits through text, email, and phone. This is high-touch, individualized care designed to hold you through all stages of pregnancy.
